Meqat Study Consultants (“Meqat”, “we”, “us”) is intended to be the organisation responsible for enquiry information collected through this website. The public contact details supplied for this website are listed below. Meqat should confirm the correct legal business identity and responsible data controller before publication.
2. Information you may provide
The enquiry form is designed to collect your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred destination, intended study level, and a message. Please do not submit passport numbers, financial account information, health information, or other sensitive documents through this public form.
3. Why information may be used
The current form validates fields in the browser and opens a prefilled email draft addressed to info@meqatstudyconsultants.com. It does not post the form to a website server or save it in a database. Information is sent to Meqat only if the visitor chooses to send the email. Any further uses of that email must be defined by Meqat and disclosed accurately before launch.
4. Sharing and service providers
Information should only be shared where needed for the stated purpose, with your appropriate authority or consent, or where law requires it. Identify the real form processor, email provider, hosting provider, analytics tools, and any other recipients before launch. Do not claim that data is never shared unless that is accurate.
5. Storage, security and retention
Meqat must document how enquiry data is received, who can access it, where it is stored, and when it is deleted. Appropriate technical and organisational safeguards should be used. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where relevant. Add a monitored contact address and explain how requests are handled.
7. Cookies, analytics and external links
The current design uses Google Fonts and externally hosted image URLs; those services may receive technical request information such as IP address when resources load. If analytics, advertising, embedded media, or additional cookies are added, update this notice and provide controls or consent where required. External sites have their own policies.
8. Children and applicants under 18
If services may be used by minors, Meqat must define appropriate procedures for notices, parental involvement or consent where required, and secure handling of student information.
